Call During After-Hours

We operate during recognised after-hours periods. Call our team to determine whether a home doctor visit is appropriate.

  • We assess whether a visit is suitable
  • Get a clear timeframe for the doctor's arrival

Doctor Visits You at Home

One of our AHPRA-registered doctors will attend your home to provide assessment and treatment in comfort.

  • Assess your symptoms
  • Provide appropriate treatment and recommendations
  • Prescribe medication where clinically appropriate
  • Issue medical certificates if required

We Inform Your Regular GP

After your consultation, a clinical summary is sent to your nominated GP to ensure continuity of care.

  • We support your regular doctor - we don't replace them
  • Clinical summary sent the next business day
  • Eligible patients are bulk billed under Medicare

Our After-Hours Operating Times

We operate during the after-hours periods recognised by Medicare. If your regular GP is closed, we're here. Our call centre is open from 4pm.
